The Annual Plan streamlines planning Board meetings for future years. Administrators can create meetings using the "Add Meeting to Plan" function at the top of the table. This plan can be converted into a PDF for approval by the Chair or Board members.
For each meeting, administrators can set the title, date, time, location, and key topics. Meeting duration is defined by start and end times. Multi-day meetings can be added using the "Add Date" function.
Once all meetings are added, the administrator can generate a PDF of the plan and save it to the documents area. This PDF can be shared with the Chairman and Board members or included for approval in the Meeting Book.
After approval, the admin can create draft meetings and publish them to the Board meeting list or calendar. In the Action row of the table, users can click the "Create Meeting Draft" button to make any necessary changes before finalizing the draft. Once published, board members will see a clear outline of topics for each meeting.
