Step 1: Build a good folder structure
The first step is to build a good folder structure for somewhere to store documents for upcoming meetings and other relevant events.

Step 2: Schedule the next board meeting
The next step is to add a new meeting to the calendar. Choose the Meeting Book option to create a digital agenda. When you have created a new meeting, you are ready to prepare the agenda.

Step 3: Prepare the digital agenda
The attachments to each item on the agenda can be added either now or at a later stage. When preparing for a meeting, simply upload the documents for the meeting in the relevant folder and attach the related documents to the agenda items in your already prepared agenda.

Step 4: Publish and notify
When the agenda and its related items are ready, you may publish it and notify the relevant users so they can start preparing for the scheduled meeting.
