Get started with the Admincontrol app by logging in with the username and password you created when you got invited to a portal.
If the portal is set up with two- factor log in authentication you will be asked to enter the SMS code.
After this, you will be prompted to select a keyword. You will need this keyword to enter the application when you have no internet connection and to be able to work in the app in offline modus. The keyword ads an extra layer of security and prevents unwanted access to your portal. The keyword requirements are:
- Minimum five characters
- Must contain a combination of letters and/ or digits
- Simple combinations such as "aaaaa" or "12345" are not permitted
In the next step, you may be asked to activate log in with Touch ID or Face ID. You can then replace the keyword with your preferred Touch ID or Face ID.
We recommend that you allow notifications from the app so that you can receive messages from your administrator when new documents are available.
