Learn how to navigate efficiently in the app and save time.
From the home page, you can always sync the application to make sure that you have access to the newest documents. Syncing will require a full log in with username, password and SMS code if this is set up.
You can navigate through the portal’s folder structure which will be the same as in the web application.
You can also navigate through meetings and attached documents if your administrator has created any.
Open and read documents
Open the selected folder. To open a document simply click on the selected document in the left-hand menu. To make one document available offline, click the blue download icon. To make all files within a folder available offline, click the blue download icon on the top-right in the side menu.
You can also take personal notes in the document by activating the annotation tool in the upper left corner. These notes are only visible for you and other members will not see your personal notes even if they have access to the same document.
Download meeting book with attachments
If your administrator has created a digital agenda for the next board meeting, you can access the agenda by clicking the meeting title in Meetings. To download the agenda with all attachments, click the download icon. You can then navigate between attachments using the left-hand menu. It is also possible to make personal notes on each individual attachment by using the annotation tool. Again, these notes are personal notes that are not visible for other members.
Automatic download of documents
This is an option to get all new documents downloaded every time you log on to the app.
It can be enabled under Settings Storage.
Only files smaller than 150 MB will be downloaded. Video files are not supported either. These files can be downloaded manually from the folder structure.
