The Meeting Book makes the process of compiling and accessing documents easy. You can create a meeting from a folder or from Meetings.
As an administrator or content administrator, you can create meetings by using the add new meeting function from the calendar.
The meeting duration can be defined by selecting start and end time for the meeting, and if the meeting is planned for multiple days, you can add the additional days by clicking the add one more day....
When creating the meeting, you have three options:
• Select Meeting book to use our tool to create the agenda and compile the agenda and the attachments into one user friendly document (PDF file) for the meeting participants
• Select Attachments to create a meeting with attachments. The attachments will be displayed in the meeting overview
• Select None if you want to create a meeting without meeting book or attachments. You can revisit and change to Meeting book or Attachments later
