How to request signatures in order to get your meeting minutes signed.
If the meeting minutes are to be signed manually on paper, you can change state to Ready for approval and download it. The watermark from Draft state will be removed and the signature page will be added to the document.
Once the status is Ready for approval, the meeting minutes are available to everyone who have access to the meeting.
If the meeting minutes are to be signed electronically, you need to change the state to Approved and request signatures on the document from the default folder.
