Prepare your digital agenda by adding all relevant agenda elements.
Define agenda items
Set up agenda items and add relevant information or description for each item to make the agenda more informative and user-friendly. Adding a proposed resolution for each item will ensure that each item is actionable.
You can allocate time for each agenda item by either defining the duration for the items or by setting the start and end time. Both functions coexist in the agenda and can be used by your preference. It is not possible to allocate time for subitems.
When choosing to define duration of the agenda items the value must be entered in minutes in the duration field. When choosing to use the start and end time option, the start time is set to a default value (either meeting start time or end time of previous agenda item), and end time can be selected in the detailed time picker.
Add a presenter
Who is the presenter of this issue? You may type in a name if it is not listed.
Type of agenda item
What type is the agenda item? You may type in the desired type if not listed.
Drag and drop agenda items
If you would like to changes to the order of the agenda items, you can easily reorder the agenda by drag and drop the selected item(s). Click on the item you would like to move. This area will be highlighted in a grey color, and by clicking the dotted vertical lines to the left of the item you can move the item so that you have a new order of the items in the agenda.
If you would like to delete an item, click X in the upper right corner for the selected item.
Add attachments to the relevant agenda points.
- You may add existing attachments in Admincontrol
- You can also upload documents directly from your computer and store them in the desired folder in Admincontrol
- You can even create a new folder to store the documents in, when working with uploading relevant documentation to the Board book in Admincontrol
Remember to make sure that added documents are print enabled if printing the Board Book should be allowed. Once the attachment is added/visible in the Meeting attachments window, it is connected to the agenda item and you may close the window.

Review and finalize your agenda
You can arrange your agenda items based on 3 levels– we recommend using two only. When setting up the agenda, it is possible to view a draft to see how the agenda will be presented to end users.
