Send document notifications
To upload new documents, click on the Add new button in a folder and then Document.
In the upload window, first, select the documents you wish to upload using drag and drop or press Browse. Once the documents have been selected, they will appear in a list and may be uploaded individually or all at once using Upload all.
Document properties are selected as the next step. Allow print and text copying is selected by default, and you also have the option to allow download of the document(s). Microsoft Office documents (doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx and ppsx) are supported for converting to PDF. Please note that deviations may occur when you convert documents to PDF using the converters supplied.

Zip uploading is most suitable for large amounts of documents and folders arranged in a folder structure.
Start with arranging the wanted folder structure locally and create a ZIP archive. To upload the ZIP archive, press on Add new button in a folder and select Document. In the upload window, first, add the archive by using drag and drop or press Browse. After adding the archive, you will receive a message where you can choose Simple upload (uploads the ZIP archive as it is) or Extract contents (unpacks the content to the target folder structure).
Press Upload all to complete the process and allow for some time for it to be completed. You will be notified if any document fails to be uploaded once it is completed.
The size limit for each file is 300 MB, and we recommend uploading one ZIP archive at a time. If a higher size limit is needed, contact Admincontrol support for assistance.
Documents are viewed by clicking on the title or icon. You can view multiple documents by marking the documents and press Merge. Gain access to all options for a document (or folder) from the cogwheel in the right column. To quickly act on multiple documents, mark the documents, and choose an option from More actions. The sorting order of documents and folders may be rearranged using drag & drop or the arrows at the far right.
Document access rights is visible on the right side of the folder view, indicating if documents are allowed to be printed or downloaded. Note that the access rights are according to your user settings, which might be different for other users.
Send document notifications
The option for sending document notifications is available from the menu when clicking the cogwheel (single document) or More actions (multiple documents) in the document list.
You can edit the text in the e-mail template for all users by pressing Edit template, or an individual user by pressing Edit individual messages.
