Subscriptions
To access the contents of the data room, click Data Room on the left side of your screen. The first thing you should do after accessing the data room is to subscribe to email notifications for Q&A and new documents.
Subscribing to notifications for documents:
- Click the Documents tab
- Then click More actions
- Select Subscribe to document notifications
This will include all folders in the subscription. Should you wish to subscribe to specific folders only, navigate to the folder and subscribe from the More actions menu.
Subscribing to notifications for Q&A: Click the Q&A tab, then More actions then Subscribe to Q&A notifications.
To manage your email subscriptions you can click My profile in the top right corner, then Notifications. Here you can set the frequency for the notifications and remove any folders you are subscribed to if necessary.
Navigation and annotations
To access the contents of the data room, click Data Room on the left side of your screen. To navigate, simply click the name of the folder you wish to access. To access documents in the document viewer, click the icon on the left side of the document name. To download or print the document, click the appropriate icon on the right side of your screen. Please note that the uploader of the document decides if downloading/printing is allowed for each document.
After opening a document in the document viewer, it is possible to make annotations. Click the Annotation icon on the toolbar to access the different annotation tools.
Please note that all annotations are personal and cannot be shared with other users.
