As a buyer, you can add questions to different folders.
Please note that all questions are connected to the specific folder you add the question to, so make sure you add your question(s) to the correct folder(s). It is not possible to delete questions once they have been added.
To add a question, navigate to the relevant folder. Click the Add question button next to the More actions button.
Type in your question, select the priority and the category (if applicable). You can also add a document from the relevant folder as an attachment. Click Save and publish to add your question.
When you have posted a question, you can see the status of the question in the overview table.
When the seller has posted an answer to your question, you are given the opportunity to ask a follow-up question related to the initial question.
It is also possible to upload questions in bulk. Navigate to Data Room on the left side of your screen. Click the Q&A tab. Go to More actions and click Download folder structure. An Excel document containing the folder structure of the data room will be downloaded to your computer. Open up the Excel document and type in your questions in the relevant cells. Note that each row contains the questions for each folder, so if you are adding multiple questions to a folder, please add them horizontally. Remember to select a category if applicable.
After adding your questions, save the Excel document. Go back to the data room, click the Q&A tab. Go to More actions and click Bulk questions import. Click the Browse button and navigate to the aforementioned Excel document on your computer. Click Upload. After uploading, your questions have been added to the relevant folders.
