The More actions menu will enable you to make use of some key features for administrators.
Add Folder
This will enable you to create a new folder inside the folder you are currently viewing.
Rename
This will enable you to rename the folder you are currently viewing.
Folder properties
This will enable you to see detailed information about the folder you are currently viewing.
Reindex
This function will enable you to set a new index number for the folder you are currently viewing, including all subfolders and documents. This is a timesaver when building the data room.
Make folder Not Applicable
This will enable you to set the folder you are currently viewing as Not Applicable. You are given the option to tell the user why the folder is N/A by adding a description and it will also enable you to create a shortcut to another folder. This is very useful when creating large folder structures with repeating subfolders, where all information might not be relevant for each sub-structure.
Add to Favorites
This will enable you to add the folder you are currently viewing as a favorite. Favorites are available from the My Favorites button on the left sidebar.
Subscribe to document notifications
This will enable you to subscribe to email notifications about new content in the folder you are currently viewing, including all subfolders.
Print settings
This will enable you to allow/disallow the print permissions for all documents in the folder you are currently viewing, including subfolders.
Download settings
This will enable you to allow/ disallow the download permissions for all documents in the folder you are currently viewing, including subfolders.
