Secure messaging in Admincontrol gives management and the board a secure communication channel especially suitable for sharing, discussions and collaboration related to sensitive information.
When you log in to the app, you find Messages in the menu bar on the bottom of your screen.
Click on Messages and you will see previous sent and received messages. You are also able to save drafts of messages you haven’t sent.
To create a message, click on the Message icon located on top of the screen.
Add receiver, either single person or group.
You can also share your annotations and comments on documents directly from a document. When opening a document, just click the Message icon in the upper right corner.
Choose your recipient(s), choose which annotated pages to share, write the message and click Send. You can also choose to send the whole document.
