As an administrator you can add custom categories to the Q&A module. Categories are enabled by default.
To enable or disable categories go to Settings or My profile and then Q&A Settings.
To manage the categories, click the shortcut below the categories option, or go to Settings > Manage Q&A categories.
To create a custom category, click Add category and give the category a name. Repeat this step for each category you want to create.
To remove an empty/unused category, click the trash can icon next to it. Once a category has been chosen for a question, the category cannot be removed.
When you have added all your custom categories, the users on the buyer side are required to select a category before publishing a question. This will save you some time when managing the Q&A.
