BankID on mobile is being replaced by BankID on app. As a result, BankID on mobile is gradually being phased out. Although BankID on mobile will still be available for a while, we recommend transitioning to the BankID app in Admincontrol as soon as possible.
If you use your electronic ID in Admincontrol, we suggest updating your profile settings if you have already activated the BankID app through your bank. This will allow you to seamlessly continue logging in and signing documents in Admincontrol with the BankID app.
To update:
1. Go to My profile -> Settings -> Login and Electronic ID.
2. Verify that "Norwegian BankID on mobile" is activated. (If "Norwegian BankID" is already activated, no changes are needed.)
3. Change the BankID.
4. Confirm by clicking Proceed.
5. Under Login alternatives, select Norwegian BankID and follow the instructions in your BankID and BankID app.
Once completed, verify that "Norwegian BankID" is activated.
You can now continue to log in Norwegian BankID using your BankID app.
Note: If you use code chip instead of BankID app, you can use this instead. You will still need to use the option "Norwegian BankID" to set this up.
