Finalizing Your Folder Structure
Once you've customized your folder structure, you can choose to index the folders. Indexing helps maintain order, facilitates easy navigation, and provides better references.
Completing the Setup
In the final step, your new folder structure will be added to your portal:
- Ready to Use: Your folder structure is now set up in the data room, and you can start uploading documents immediately.
