New and improved upload functionality
Users can now upload separate files up to 2 GB and upload batches up to 10 GB. The old upload limit was limited to 1 GB.
You can continue working while your files are being uploaded and processed. Additionally, you'll receive instant updates about the upload progress through a progress window, and all uploads (including failed files) will be reflected in the My Uploads section in the sidebar.
Please note that in some specific flows outside of the Documents area (such as Board book, Agenda, etc.), you will need to wait until the processing of the file(s) is complete before proceeding with your actions. In these cases, the progress window will not be visible.
However, when adding files to the Board book, the new upload feature offers a convenient option for secretaries to create a new folder directly in the upload flow. This can be especially useful for those who typically work from the Agenda or may forget to create a meeting folder, and it can increase efficiency by eliminating the need for navigating between Documents area and the Board book.
