Home page design updates
The home page has received a new and improved design to provide a better overview and navigation of important tasks. Here are the highlights for the new home page:
- You can see New documents since the last login for full control of recent uploads and easily access these documents directly from the home page
- An overview of Q&A status showing unanswered, unpublished and answered questions. You can now go straight to the different Q&A sections directly from the home page
- For administrators, a better view of the data room content with a high-level overview of the number of documents, deleted items and the subscription for the data room
- Administrators can add relevant contact information to the home page. The home page is visible for all users with access to a portal, and adding the contact information of relevant key stakeholders can be of value to users. Note that you can add a maximum of three contacts
- Manage your data room content and keep track of your subscription
- The new design is responsive to accommodate different screen sizes including desktop, tablet and phone screens
- Product announcements and system messages have a new placement that provides a better overview. These announcements can be opened and closed
