Reuse Custom Quotes for Board Evaluation
The survey secretary can now reuse a previously customised survey. This includes the complete setup — introduction text, hidden questions, and any added questions. Surveys remain fully customisable and can be edited before being distributed.
This update also allows custom quotes to be included in the report and incorporated into the year-over-year (YoY) comparison.
Simplified Editing for Meeting Minutes
A new and improved editing feature significantly enhances the efficiency and usability of meeting minutes. Users can now click directly on individual fields within the meeting minutes view to make edits.
This removes the need to open and close large editing cards, drastically reducing clicks and providing a more fluid, focused, and intuitive workflow for the secretary.
New Meeting Attendance Report
Based on customer feedback, we have introduced a new report: Meeting Attendance.
This report provides a comprehensive overview of user attendance across meeting minutes within a specified time period and is available to administrators. It includes detailed information such as:
The total number of meetings attended, not attended, and each user’s attendance rate
The cumulative duration of attended meetings
Details of each meeting, including its name, date and time, and location
This gives administrators a clear and structured overview of participation.
