For Administrators:

Custom Messages: When inviting users, you can now include personalized messages to guide them through the process.
Simplified Invites: We've streamlined the invite options to prevent any confusion and ensure a smooth invitation process.
Consistency: We've organized user roles alphabetically for Board portal, making it easier for you to manage permissions.
For All Users:
User-Friendly Invitations: Our new invite layout features a prominent "Accept Invite" button, making it clear and easy to get started.
Smart Routing: We automatically identify whether you're a new or existing user.
New Users: You'll be directed to a revamped registration page with improved design, user-friendly phone number and password handling, better autofill, enhanced throttling, and more robust error handling.
Existing Users: You'll be seamlessly directed to the login page.
Locked Username: For added security, new usernames are now linked to your email, eliminating the need to create a separate username.
Welcome Email: New users will receive a welcome email upon successful registration, offering quick access to login and support information for future reference.
Signature Request Due Date
The maximum duration for a signature request due date has been adjusted to 180 days or six months. This change serves a dual purpose: it ensures that our customer documents are not stored with our sub-supplier longer than necessary and aligns with the requirements set by our supplier, Signicat.
