Upload single documents up to 2 GB and multiple documents up to 10 GB in one operation.
Selecting Documents for Upload
In the upload window, you first select the documents you wish to upload using drag and drop or by clicking on Select file. Once the documents have been selected, they will appear in a list. Allow print and text copying is chosen by default. You also have the option to allow download. When you have chosen which documents to upload and properties to set on them, press Upload.

PDF Conversion
Admincontrol can convert your files to PDF when uploading. Microsoft Office documents (doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, and ppsx) are supported for converting. Please note that deviations may occur when you convert documents to PDF using the converters supplied. We recommend keeping Excel documents in the original format and allowing both download/print.
Uploading Process
The files will now be transferred from your computer to Admincontrol. Once all the transferring is done, you can continue working while processing is ongoing in the background.
Monitoring the Upload
To keep you updated while uploading is ongoing, a small window will be visible in the lower right corner during the processing of the files. The time it takes to process the files varies depending on the number and size of the files that are processing at the same time. When all files are successfully uploaded, the small window will automatically close.
Checking My Uploads
In My uploads, located in the Upload menu in the sidebar, all your uploads will be listed. Each file is listed with filename, file type, size, folder, and date/time, and it’s also visualized if the file has been converted to PDF. If something happens during the upload that prevents your file from finishing processing, the failed file will also be listed here so you can take action and re-upload the file.
