Overview of Task Management
Upon logging into the dashboard, you'll see updates on the number of open tasks assigned to you. This dashboard serves as a gateway to the Task module, where you can efficiently manage all your assignments.
Getting Started with Notifications
The first time you navigate to the Task Module, you'll be prompted to enable email notifications. This ensures you're promptly informed whenever you're assigned a new task or if there are changes to your existing tasks by an administrator.
Navigating the Task Module
Within the Task Module, you'll find an overview of tasks linked to the folder you're currently navigating. To view all your tasks, simply click on the "View All" button.
Handling Upload Tasks
For upload tasks, navigate to the associated folder to upload the necessary documents. Once the upload is complete, you can mark the task as finished. Should there be a need to upload additional documents later, the task can be reopened for further action.
Managing Reading Tasks
In the case of reading tasks, you'll find the files you need to review in the task's detailed view. Here, you can check off files as you read them, a handy way to track your progress especially if you need to take breaks. Once all documentation is reviewed, complete the task easily.
Task Alerts and Completion
Stay aware of assignments as you browse through the folder structure. You'll receive notifications if any tasks are connected to the folder you're currently in. From the document view, you can access and complete tasks seamlessly.
