When you have sent out a signature request for a meeting minutes, the status for the minutes will be listed as “Being approved”
If you need to call back the meeting minutes, you will first need to cancel the signature request before making changes to the minutes
Go to the signature page and locate the pending signature request for the minutes.
Click the cogwheel to the far right and select “Cancel request”
NOTE: If a user has rejected the signature request, you will first need to action this first. If you are sure you need to cancel the request, you can remove the user from the signature request. See Rejection handling of electronic signatures for more information.
Confirm the cancellation in the prompt that appears.
Now that the signature request has been cancelled, you can go back to the meeting where the minutes is located.
The minutes should now be in “Draft” state.
Click “Edit” to open the draft in edit mode. Here you can make changes if necessary and/or send out the signature request again
