Highlights from version 4.6
We are happy to introduce you to our new customer help centre. From the help menu in your board portal, you can now access this help centre and find information, videos and articles that will help you to get more value from your board portal. Get a guided quick-tour in the video below. This first version of the help centre is in English only. Based on your feedback, we are open to providing it in local languages at a later stage.
E-signature
Two requested improvements to the e-signature solution are now in place:
- Administrators will now receive an e-mail notification if there are missing signatures to a signature request 24 hours before the expiration of the request. This enables administrators to take appropriate action to make sure the signature request is completed before the due date or extend the due date if necessary
- The workflow for rejection of a signature request is improved. When a user rejects, administrators can either reactivate the request or remove users from the request. This change ensures that a request can be completed even if signers reject. Reject reason is now a mandatory field for signers

Meeting Minutes
To be able to access Meeting Minutes from a folder, the following elements are implemented:
- A new or existing folder (one per area/tab) can be defined as the default folder for Meeting Minutes via the folder properties. If a default folder does not exist when meeting minutes are created, the administrator will be asked which folder to use as a default folder. Only approved meeting minutes is visible in the folder
- If the meeting minutes has been signed electronically from the folder structure, the status of the meeting minutes will be Approved (signed)
- The shortcut to the folder Go to folder will take the user to the folder where this meeting minutes document is stored, even if it is moved to a new folder.
- A meeting minutes folder cannot be moved to different area of use/main folder
