Navigate to My profile in the top right corner to access your user settings pages.
Edit profile
To edit your profile, click on Edit profile located right under your name on the settings page.
In User profile you can:
- Edit your first and last name
- Change your profile picture
- Change your phone number
- Change your e-mail address
- Change the system language in Admincontrol
- Change the time zone shown in Admincontrol
Please note that when you change your e-mail address from the user profile page, your username will not automatically change to the new e-mail address. Please contact Admincontrol Support if you wish to have your username changed.
Login and electronic ID
To access the Login and Electronic ID page, click on Login and Electronic ID under Personal on the settings page.
In Login and Electronic ID you can:
- Change your password
- Optionally enable two-factor authentication if it is not mandatory for one of your portals
- Change your two-factor authentication method
- Connect or change your electronic ID for log in
- Connect or change your electronic ID for electronic signing
- Connect your phone number for limited electronic signing if limited electronic signing is enabled in one of your portals
Currently, we support Electronic ID login with Norwegian BankID, Swedish BankID, Danish NemID and MitID and Finnish BankID.
Emails and notifications
To access the Emails and notifications page, click on Emails and notifications under Personal on the settings page.
In Emails and notifications you can:
- Update your subscription settings related to system messages
- Update your subscription settings for secure messages. You can read more about secure message subscriptions here.
