To reset your password, you must first enter your username/email and press "Next". On the next screen that appears, you can click "Forgot password".
To Reset your password
1. Start the process
- Enter your username or email address
- Click "Next"
- On the following screen, select "Forgot Password"
2. Request a Password Reset
- Enter your email address
- Click "Send"
3. Access reset password link
- You will receive an email containing a password reset link
- Click the link to navigate to the reset password page
Tip: If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, check your spam-folder as it may been incorrectly identified as spam. If you still do not receive the e-mail, contact Admincontrol support for assistance.
4. Set Your New Password
- Enter your username and set up and confirm your new password
- Password needs to be minimum 15 characters
Note: Your username is usually the same as your email address. If you are unsure of this, you can contact your portal administrator to confirm what email you are registered with.
When the new password has been saved and updated, you will be redirected to the following page stating "Password changed successfully". Click "Login" button to continue logging in.
