To reset your password, press the “Forgotten username or password?” on the login screen.
Enter your email and click send:
You will then receive and email with a reset password link. Click the link in the email to go to the reset password page.
Tip: If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, check your spam-folder as it may been incorrectly identified as spam. If you still do not receive the e-mail, contact Admincontrol support for assistance.
Enter your username and set up and confirm a new password.
Note: Your username is usually the same as your email address. If you are unsure of this, you can contact your portal administrator to confirm what email you are registered with.
When the new password has been saved, you will be redirected to the following page. This confirms that the new password has been set up and can be used to log in:
